Hey it's Shylee, the witch Shy Gal 
, she's gonna be a partner in a Paper Mario fangame I'm gonna make called Paper Mario: The Midnight Blade. Im not gonna spoil too much but her village was attacked by these mysterious Shy Guys known as phantoms. She locked herself in her house and wants to go outside and fight, but fighting means being on stage, and thats her worst fear. Also note that she's not afraid to fight, Shylee's more afraid of the audience than the enemies. Eventually though, she joins Mario and he helps her overcome her fear.

It is really rare to have partners that break the fourth wall the way she does, although there are times in TTYD where an enemy tells the players not to tell Mario who they really are. xD She is a really unique Shygirl!
